  1. Data from CSAE-RPED on the Ghanaian manufacturing sector from 1992 to 2003. I matched the worker and firm files to create the linked dataset based on which I perform the analysis. Log real hourly earnings are measured in Ghanaian cedis. All regressions include firm fixed effects.
